Acconecto ("we", "our", "us") operates the FormLab mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
FormLab is designed with privacy in mind. All pose analysis is performed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
All body pose estimation and form analysis happens locally on your iPhone. No video, image, or pose data ever leaves your device. Your workout history is stored locally using on-device storage and is never uploaded to any server.
FormLab requires camera access to perform real-time pose estimation. Camera data is processed in real-time and is not recorded or stored unless you explicitly choose to record a session. Recorded videos are saved to your device's local storage and optionally to your photo library.
FormLab may include Google AdMob for displaying advertisements in the free version. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data according to Google's privacy policy. Pro users who remove ads are not subject to any ad-related data collection.
All workout data (session history, rep counts, form scores) is stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data is not synced, backed up to any cloud service, or accessible to us in any way.
Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
