By downloading, installing, or using FormLab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
FormLab is an AI-powered fitness application that provides real-time squat form analysis using on-device pose estimation. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
FormLab is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The form analysis and feedback provided by the App should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional before beginning any exercise program.
You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur while using the App during exercise.
While we strive to provide accurate form analysis, the App relies on camera-based pose estimation which may not be perfectly accurate in all conditions. Factors such as lighting, camera angle, clothing, and device position can affect analysis quality. The App's feedback should be used as a general guide, not as definitive assessment.
FormLab offers optional in-app purchases ("FormLab Pro") that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-consumable and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Acconecto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acconecto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
